Ugh. As Wannabe said, I hope you can extricate your work from this...stuff. Just about a year ago I began removing Amazon from my life in as many ways as I could...for this reason, and a number of others. I use Hardcover instead of Fantastic Fiction, I order from other retailers not affiliated with them. It's not easy because their tentacles are wrapped around nearly everything.
