Too much white space

Hello :) I just posted a Notebook entry to introduce my latest Blog today and the post includes oceans of white space. I don't know how that happened and I can't get rid of it? Please would someone advise me how to delete the post? and maybe report the fact that the white space appeared without me doing anything to make it?

The post I made is in that white space somewhere!
