Suggestion Box

I was in heaven when I discovered that on bitems, you can click on the icon of the item type (like the scroll for static) to link to the item in the same window, instead of clicking on the words to open a new window. More than half the time, I prefer to open it in the same window.

Is there anyway that the new "Now what--Related Items" block at the bottom can do the same? The icons are already there. It really would be useful, as then I almost always want to open it in the same window, not a new one and close the old one off.
