Book Review Suggestion/Question

Would it ever be possible to make it so the bitem link for book reviews shows the picture of the book's cover instead of the usual icon on the left? As a long time library browser, I know you can't always judge a book by it's cover, but it can certainly help grab a potential reader's interest.
