The dutch version you have is from 'Ome Henk' which is a dutch cartoon character. And he's a real jerk :P
He's your typical anti-social complaining old bastard, but he can be funy though :P
In the song you hear 2 people sing, Ome Henk, and some slut. The woman keeps asking him out, and saying she wants to kiss him etc, and he keeps telling her that women are only good to cook and clean the toilet etc.
They do sing it in a quite funny way, and reading the lyrix made me laugh, I had comletely forgotten about that song!
When I have the time I'll try to translate the whole song for you ok? but at least now you know what it's about.
