Glad to be able to help! *grins*

I find that I have to be very comfortable in the kitchen I am in before I can cook well. If I don't know my way around the kitchen, the small amount of cooking talent I can almost boast about almost seems to... well, die really.

Anyway, must run. I'm about to go to the local pub, Winkles, for some more of that Tuesday night Traditional Irish music!!
