I hadn't heard that rolled oats had lost that many vitamins. We used to buy unprocessed oats, but those little buggers are so tough to chew (yes, cooked, I'm talking about)! Now we get organic quick oats, which I love because they're so easy to make into oatmeal: Pour into bowl, add boiling water, stor, cover with saucer, let sit for as long or as short as you wish, uncover, stir, add honey and/or raisins and/or organic cane sugar and/or salt and/or cinnamon, and eat!
