Well, the answer I put was... 'The fact they had the technology to get to erath (and Bangor in particular) shows a high level of intelligence in itself, however, through observation and studies on how the aliens interact with their surrounding, and whether or not they are able to be taught so-called 'earth' things, would determine a certain level of intel by earth standards.'

Or something like that... I like being sarcastic in my answers when the questions are so funny. I have no idea what the actual answer is, since we haven't had any papers or exam results back yet. But when I know, I'll tell you guys! lol.
