It's funny you should mention that emotional wellbeing in linked to physical wellbeing. Psychologically, that's very true. We learnbed about it in Clinical & Health and again in Sociobiology section of psych and it's been proven that positive thinking and a good, stable emotional sense of being well can actually aid in getting over illnesses faster and prevent you from being unhealthy in the first place... Which is quite fascinating really. I guess it's true when they say it's a case of mind over matter... Which is, umm, reassuring. (?)
