Hmmmmmmmm. Huh. You eat organic, take vitamins, get enough sleep...how about rigorous exercise? That always gets me energy back in a jiffy, but not necessarily if I'm feeling dragged out.
Do you get enough iron? A lack of iron is one of the main causes of low energy levels. I take an iron supplement, but most pills are hard to digest in the body unless taken with food or vitamin C (iron -- and calcium -- digest best with C. But not together! Iron and calcium block each other's absorption) in some cases.
Lord, why am I telling you all this?! I'm sure you know it already! My apologies for putting on my smarty pants.
