Oooh, I'd never, ever, ever wish to be a pioneer! I imagine living in a city in 1885, thank you very much. Plus, wasn't the height of pioneering done before 1885? There were big cities like St. Louis and Minneapolis in the Midwest flourishing by 1900. I think pioneering into the great West was more like mid-1800s. What would you say?
What year/decade was Quilters set? I wish I could see it, simply because you love it so! Yes, they did it at HC, about five or six years ago, but I didn't see it.
