I could never make clothes like that. I wish I could sew! I've thought of paying someone to make me a 19th-century dress, but I imagine it'd be a couple hundred dollars with fabric and labor, and if I had that kind of cash, I'd be going to NBTSC this year. Eh. Someday, I guess!!

I dream of becoming a reenactor and going to costume balls. Have you ever been to one? I never have. I don't know what the actual terms are; is there an official name for "evening gatherings where people where historically-accurate clothing"? Whatever the term is, I wanna go!!
