Roo, check out Christopher Paolini, author of ERAGON. Great book, great writer, 19 at time of publication. Then, go to the library, find the 2004 WRITERS MARKET (or 2005, if it's there). You'll be amazed what searching professionally can do for you. Just being able to submit at your age almost guarantees you a reading! Contact me if you need help with queries, etc.

BTW, do you subscribe to Writers' Digest magazine? I think it's the best, and it's the most thorough in market coverage. It might be at your library, also.
