A new "dimention of closeness" could be obtained by any number of things: If suddenly I were in a production of Scrooge and played Isabella and we both really related to each other over that character, or we both read the same book and fell in love with it, or if we were in a...a car crash together!

I hear ya!!

When you said that religion is so much a part of your life I was kind of surprised, because I guess I generally don't think about that too much. I know you think about God and ponder what God is telling you and stuff, but it didn't occur to me that it's a huge part of your life. Maybe if I were Christian I would be more aware of its importance to you? You should write me a rant in your letter, or something, about all your thoughts on it. It's utterly fascinating to me, so never hold back your, um, outpouring of Godly thoughts or whatever!
