Mission possible

This presentation would be used to lead a team through creating a mission statement and manifesto. The fictional team comprises communications specialists supporting an application development group. The first section discusses why the team is being asked to do this, as part of a larger program to expand services. A proposed mission statement that the team may have created during this session, can be found on slide 25. The remainder of the slide deck would get the team started developing a manifesto to expand their services within the scope of the program and the their newly defined mission statement.
