The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
An interactive "stuffing" story based off of characters from George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, and portrayed by actors and actresses on HBO's A Game of Thrones. Stuffing is a type of erotica that involves individuals ingesting large (often inhuman) quantities of food. This particular story may feature many graphic activities, such as assault, sexual intercourse, sodomy, onomatopoeic representations of belching / breaking wind, foul language, murder, and cannibalism, so view discretion is most assuredly advised. This story will take place during the fourth book in A Song of Ice and Fire, A Feast for Crows, so spoilers for A Feast for Crows and previous books may be divulged. This story accept the canon from the book series, but understands the character to appear as they are in the HBO series, as portrayed by their respective actors / actresses. This story was inspired by deviantart user Laxit42's story Cersei, Daenerys, and Taena, found here: http://laxit42.deviantart.com/art/Cersei-and-Daenerys-and-Taena-322051173, and accepts what has henceforth transpired in that story as canon, excluding bits that are not in canon with the A Song of Ice and Fire series itself.

To any wishing to add to this story, I would request that you follow the continuum set forth by both the book series, and any previous chapters in the thread you are publishing in, as despite the inelegant topic of this interactive, I would like to keep the story coherent. Minor mistakes are acceptable as long as the author attempts to rectify them in future iterations, but consistent or intentional refusal to pay heed to what is canon will result in deletion of chapters. Furthermore, chapters with unacceptable grammatical errors or with just plain awful writing will be deleted. Do your best to decide character actions based off of their set personalities as described in A Song of Ice and Fire. While I personally enjoy stories in motion, you do not have to progress the narrative if you do not wish to. While this story is intended to serve as erotica for those attracted to females, your particular chapter need not tailor to this.

Characters who stuff themselves in this story may gain weight, or they may not, as per the author's discretion, but if they do not rapidly gain weight, there must be reasoning behind it. Perhaps the individual's body metabolizes excess food as raw energy instead of stored fat, or perhaps there is something magical at play.
