You walked down the long hallway of the large lab in search of Gohan and Bulma. You’d been rudely awoken by a frantic call from Bulma informing you that she’d made a mistake and needed you to come down to the lab, though what the mistake had been she wouldn’t say.
After walking down the long hallway and making a left turn where you walked through a doorway, you found yourself in a large nearly empty windowless room.
The rooms only furnishings were a large table covered in paper, books and pens, with two chairs in the front of the room. Sitting on top of the table was a short man with spikey black hair lazily swinging his legs back and forth, but that wasn’t what had caught your attention.
In back of the of the room was a short blue haired woman pacing back and forth, and behind her (the object of your curiosity) sat a large anxiety-riddled monkey.
You stared at it for a couple of seconds before you were finally noticed by the occupants of the room.
“Piccolo!” Bulma called, waving you over.
You slowly made your way over to her pointedly ignoring the rude gesture Vegeta had shot at you. Bulma smiled uncomfortably up at you “sooo...... I guess you’re wondering what happened right?”
You wordlessly nod, staring unblinkingly at her. “Alright” she sighed “but it’s kind of a long story, so I’ll give you the short version”.
“I created a device that could grow or shrink things to make it easier transport stuff. Vegeta tried to start a fight with Gohan and threw it at him, it turns out it affects saiyans really weird and now Gohan’s kind of..... stuck like this? But thankfully he’s not really murderous this time” She sighed again
“The device broke so I can’t use it to turn him back and the blueprints also got trashed”
“Okay” you look at her slightly confused still “but why did you need me here”
“Well... he doesn’t want to be by himself and I can’t be in here if I want to try and recreate the device.... and... Vegeta.... refuses to stay here with him.”
“Oh” you rolled your eyes “so Vegeta is refusing to help fix the mess he fixed? What a shock” you said dryly.
“Shut up!” Vegeta stomped over angrily and shoved you. Gohan growled clearly unhappy over Vegeta being rude
“Hey, hey! Don’t fight!” Bulma snapped
You frown “I didn’t do anything”
“Like hell you didn’t!” Vegeta yelled shoving you again causing Gohan to growl as second time only much louder.
“Gohan doesn’t like that!” she whisper-yelled at Vegeta
“I don’t care!?” He yelled back and shoved you a third time.
