Chapter #6

The snakes lair.

Lifting up a section of the plastic lid covering the tank, you are hit by a sudden wave of heat from inside. You jump down and with a splash, land into knee-deep, warm and sticky water.

With your clothes soaked, and the humid air inside the tank causing you to sweat, you strip. Your naked skin is coated in droplets of the stale water.

You approach the coiled snake in the corner, walking slowly towards it, facinated by its majesty. Its only when you get within afew steps of it, does a large pointed head lift itself from the coils and stares at you with cold, unflinching eyes.
