civilized or doggy style?

Karina was having a lot of trouble holding it in, luckily the crowds let up. Karina took the first oppertunity she had to run away as fast as she could. After Karina stopped running, she looked around to make sure no one was around. She was in a small alley. She could see people walking by the alley, not noticing her. She peeked out of the alley and saw that she was right next to a public toilet.

Karina had two choices, she...
