Airblast caught her safely in his wing

Airblast caught Keira safely in his wing and tossed her safely onto his back. Keira held onto Airblast's neck for dear life as he charged the enemy dragon. His claws sunk into the black scaly hide of the beast, and the shadow dragon gave a mighty roar. Airblast then secured his jaw around the serpentine neck of the other dragon, and tore his head from his body. The gigantic decapitated foe fell to the earth.

Keira sighed in relief. "Thank you Airblast."

Airblast landed to treat his wounds. Keira noticed a particularly bad gash on the back of his left talon.
