Vermithrax chose Amelia and carefully pulled her out. When she arose he said, "Good morning Amelia..." he spoke as he pinned her down with his fore claws. Amelia replied "What are you doing?" Still sleepy from Vermithrax's drug. Vermithrax said "I will devour you." Amelia said "Wha... Why?" Vermithrax only spoke "I devoured Krystal and June... Its your turn.." Right before Vermithrax got her into his jaws, someone kicked Vermithrax's talons and rescued Amelia. Vermithrax only cursed as he tried to claw this mystery person. "Your not getting another meal. I assure you that." Surprised Vermithrax said "What makes you so sure and speak your name." The mystery person said "Humph. If you must know, its Eroek." "Lucky me! I get to eat five humans!" Eroek only laughed "In your dreams Vermithrax!" Vermithrax was shocked that he knew his name. "How do you know my name human." Eroek replied as he swung his sword "I heard it around the island. I can tell you nothing more." Eroek then quickly dashed into the cave and took Keira out. Vermithrax only roared and swooped his paw down on Eroek, by a hair thread Vermithrax missed. "Damn. I gotta get out quickly." He called his dragon and waited. "Bah! Your pathetic attempts to yell will be in vain!" Just then and there, a dragon came and Eroek, with Amelia and Keira on his back, jumped on the dragon. He yelled "No, you will die." Then an arrow speared across the sky and hit Vermithrax in the head. Vermithrax roared and fell, but he wasn't dead. It stopped only because he had a thick skull.
