Midna stretched and yawned, then lay cross-armed against the furry beast's back...Link glared back up at the little imp that continued to ride him day in and day out like a beast of burden. His pointed ears twitched, and he stared ahead, in this wolf form, perhaps he didn't have a choice.
They strode through the twilight that filled the air, and the very land they walked upon. Link was on a quest, and it seems so was Midna..."Oh!" she said, as she sat upright on Link's fuzzy back, she patted her pot belly as it growled at her. "We haven't eaten in a while... Hey! Are you listening to me?" She slammed on Link's back. He growled in annoyance, which was quickly cut short as his own belly growled painfully loud. Midna sneered and stroked his belly with the large orange hand formed from her hair. "Poor thing!" she snickered and patted his back at the same time. "I know! Hee hee hee! In this beautiful twilight, noone can see us...anyone else is simply a spirit! Where's the harm in finding some food and having our fill?" Link began to snarl, but indeed he was starving...a hero had to do what he had to do.
"Come on! There's got to be plenty of food storage in one of these villages or towns!" Midna giggled again, patting her pot belly, a finger toying at her navel...she was ready to fill all right...
