Your driver, a huge bear-looking woman.

Filling the entire aisle with her sheer bulk, the bear menacingly rolls up a newspaper in her mighty paws, as the dogs gently let you down and slink off of the train, amidst various mumblings of, "- just having fun -" and, "- no harm done -". The bear follows the dogs out and you hear her call out, "Last leg to Tickleopolis! All aboard!".
Glad as you are for that little episode to be safely over, you are angry that you didn't get a chance to stretch outside and maybe purchase some tasty kale or rubarbs to snack on for the last leg. You sit, arms crossed, frowning, as several other passengers climb into the train car, all apparently also headed for Tickleopolis.
A small group of animal vacationers in college colors alight, as well as a dapper gazelle couple. An otherwise human-appearing couple with zebra and tiger stripes are having an animated discussion, while a massive jolly hippo in ballet garb blunders down the hall past you. You see an old goat with a tall hat dragging some sort of oversized display-case and a beautiful, colorful winged woman with a shawl. Last to embark is a debonair fox clad in an expensive looking topcoat and hat.
As travelers get settled, the train whistle blows and the powerful engine roars into life. You listen to the excited vacationers discussing their plans for when they arrive in the ultimate tickling party city, and again get excited about your vacation, despite winding up in a form most likely to be tickled rather than be the tickler.
Interrupting your revelry, one of the following two passengers is forced to sit down next to you, Miss Frowny Bunny, for the last leg of the trip, as the other seats are all taken -
