Ada saw the giant mass that made up Claire moving towards her, motivated by rage to move faster than Claire ever moved before. The larger blob came at her too fast for the less experienced Ada to move out of the way and before she knew it, Claire started to engulf her.
"N-NO! STOP!" screamed Ada as Claire absorbed her, savoring the "flavor" of Claire's current meal. It was like the ultimate feast to Claire which was made better when Ada stopped screaming. But minutes later, it was over and Claire sighed both in pleasure and disappointment that she had something so delicious yet over too quickly.
"Oh well, I guess I can make another one like her when I get hungry...Wait, I'm full?!" said Claire, realizing that that ever since her initial transformation, she was always hungry until now.
"That's weird, I wond-" Claire started to ponder before groaning in pain and thrashing tentacles about.
"What's this pain?! ARGH!" cried Claire, trying to see what is happening to her, but she can't focus enough to move her eyes to see anything. What was happening was that her flesh started to bubble and shift to a more liquid consistency until Claire couldn't move. But she was still aware of her existence and she could feel herself moving somewhere. The last thing Claire thought of before blacking out was that she felt metal holes as she moved and realized that she was going down into a drain, down a part of Raccoon City's sewers where water was moving at a steady flow out of the city.
As luck would have it for Claire, this was when the United States government launched it's nuclear attack on Raccoon City to prevent the infection from spreading further.
The next thing Claire knew, she woke up in the middle of a lake away from Raccoon City, though she was smaller than before. In fact, she was back to almost her ordinary self except her legs were still an unshapely mass. This proved to be unhelpful as Claire struggled to pull herself to shore but then her legs shifted back to original form and she quickly pulled herself out of the lake, confused on what happened.
She thought about how she missed being a blob when she started to expand to her second stage of transformation, then back to her human form. Claire smiled as she realized that she had total control over her appearance now. She could masquerade as a human to move all over the world only showing what she considers her true form to the next person to receive her gift...or become her next meal.
But for now, she needed to get to some place with people. She grimaced at the thought of walking about as a naked, skinny girl but she knew that people are more willing to pick up someone like that.
As she started walking along a highway, she hoped someone would stop soon.
