Find a secret passageway

you dont so much find the secret pasageway as fall into it, the floor under you opens up under your weight where you walked in just fine before you gained all this weight, and you fall down a hole to land on something soft, and the door snaps shut again above you.
the room is almost dark but not totaly, with some light comeing in from behind some curtains that are closed on the other side of the room.
as your eyes get used to the darkness you feel arround and find that you are on some sort of bed, your fairly sure it has a plastic sheet under the regular cotton one as you can hear it crinkleing as you moove, or is that just your nappy?
you also find some other things in the gloom as your eyes begin to adjust, the bottle you where holding when you fell, you also discover a large duvet and a blanket on the bed, the darkness and all the food and drink you have had leave you feeling rather sleepy, not to mention its quite an effort to moove about when you weigh arround 400lb!
