"Hello, miss. My name is Dr. McMinor.", you say as you absent-mindedly tidy up your hair. The tan woman looks up at you, smiles, and says "Oh my god, you're adorable! He's even cuter than you said, Sunny!" "I told you, Eva!", Nurse Daniels says as she slaps her leg with one arm and leans forward so the woman can get a better look at you. You get this kind of reaction a lot (though, not so provoked), the best move is just to keep moving forward. You try not to sound rude as you shout over the ladies' banter "Yes, well... I hear you've been having some bottom pains. Can you describe them?"
The woman you assume is called Eva, stops chatting and looks at you. "Oh... Yeah," she says with a slight giggle. "It's okay, no need to be nervous", you reassure her. "Okay", she says with slightly less giggling. "It uh, hurts down there." "I see. Any place in particular?" "Mostly right here" Eva says, pointing to her lower abdomen.
"I see", you say, keeping a professional tone. You try to suppress the excitement that is starting to build up. It's starting to look like this woman is going to need some inspection. Not that you abuse your powers as a doctor, but god is it nice when a colonoscopy or the like falls into your lap. And of all the women that could have needed it... ay, chihuahua!
You realize just now that you've been staring at Eva's ass for a bit now. Did anyone notice? You pan your eyes to see that she's staring at you with a sly smile on her face. Yep, she noticed. Shit. You look at some charts on the wall awkwardly. "Have you experienced any weight loss? Bleeding?" "No blood. I think. I did lose a couple pounds, but I've also been on a diet so I dunno."
You pretend to think for a moment, still feeling awkward about that eye contact earlier. "Well, miss... Eva, is it?" She nods at you. "Mhm, Eva Sanchez." "Well, miss Sanchez. I'm recommending that you at least get a sigmoidoscopy, possibly a colonoscopy depending on those results." You go on with your spiel. The gist of it involves the possible reasons for the pain and a short description of the procedure. Because of your size, things operate a bit differently. What is normally a finger in the bum is, instead, you stripping down and inserting your lubed body inside.
"Oh doctor!" Eva giggles. You do your best not to smile back, but are only partially successful. "Now, now. This is just to get a diagnosis." "Okay, I'm game," she says. Daniels suppresses a laugh as she watches the exchange. "I'll schedule you for tomorrow morning. You'll need to clean yourself out about an hour beforehand to make things a little less... messy." Eva listens and her eyes widen a bit at the end. "That's perfect, actually. I just went about an hour ago. Does that mean we can do it now?"
Her comment catches you off guard. "I... Well... Yeah, I guess we can. Are you sure you're ready?" Eva gives you an enthusiastic nod. You've got a cheek to cheek smile inside your head as you have Nurse Daniels prepare the table and gather the lube. You instruct miss Sanchez to lie on her side with her pants down. You are about to tell her to draw her legs up to her chest, but she does so without instruction. "Have you had this done before?", you ask. "Nuh uh, I'm just doing what... uhm... what I figured would be easiest."
When Nurse Daniels had left, she put you on top of the table against the wall. By the time, she had returned with the lubricant, you had fully stripped down. "Hey, doctor, aren't you supposed to buy me a drink first?" she laughs. Eva turns her head to look. "You're going in with no clothes!?" You try not to flush as you explain. "It's uh... the. It's the easiest way to do this kind of thing." Eva smirks at you, as if not buying it. "If you don't want to go through with this I-", you start but are interrupted. "Nonono, it's okay... papi."
You give Nurse Daniels the signal, and she swipes a glob of lubricant onto her gloved fingers and rubs you down. She is very thorough, almost too much so. When you notice her giving too much emphasis on your private parts, you swat her hand off. She giggles, but stops. She then wraps her fingers around you and carries you over to Eva.
Each step closer, you feel your heart rate increase. 'You're a professional', you tell yourself. Nurse Daniels stops and holds you right in front of Eva's huge... sweet ass. 'This is just a procedure', you tell yourself. "Ready when you are, doctor," Daniels says. When she rests one of her hands on Eva's ass, her asshole puckers. You feel an erection coming on, time to speed things up! "Okay, ready. Gogogo" you say hurriedly as you mentally work yourself down.
Nurse Daniels moves you forward. You put your arms out in front of you. When your hands make contact with her anus, it puckers again. You hold your arms stiff as Nurse Daniels starts to push you in. You feel the heat inside, it's almost overwhelming. Once your head makes contact, you start to hear Eva moan. 'This is just a procedure. This is just a procedure.' You tell yourself this, until that is, Nurse Daniels quickly shoves in the rest of your body.
