If you try to escape, somebody is bound to notice. Instead, you kneel down on your haunches and wait. If you cooperate, information will come easier.
Eventually, light flooded into the room and you must have fell asleep because you felt all groggy. A man with black hair entered the room. The man looked slightly into his twenties. He wore a pale green shirt, shorts, and his hair was held into wings by a red band on his forehead. The man seemed friendly enough.
He reached into the cage and pulled you out gently and put a collar with a leash on you. It was certainly not the most comfortable thing you ever wore.
You were walked out of the room and into the light, and, to your surprise, it was a normal looking room. Nothing creepy about it except it looked like a big doctor's office. You were walked down a long hall and past shelves adorned with pokeballs.
Eventually, you reached a room with a couple more people in it; and old man wearing a white doctor coat, and a teenage girl with long blond hair tied into a ponytail.
"I found this fella wandering around in the woods out back and thought that he'd be the perfect pokemon for you to start with!" said the old man.
"Thank you so much Prof. Oak!" the girl said with a smile on her face. She walked up to you and bent down and started to pet you. "We're going to go on a little adventure together, how does that sound?" she said pulling out a pokeball.
Next thing you know, you are engulfed in a red light and transferred into a black surrounding. You can't see a thing but it's as if you know what's going on in the outside world.
