A plate of warm gooey cookies was sitting cooling on the kitchen table.

As soon as the smell wafted past Lucy's nose her stomach growled loudly. She bit her full bottom lip, as a uncertain look clouded her pretty face.

She wanted to eat every single cookie on that plate and wash them down with a tall cold glass of whole milk. But she knew she shouldn't. Maybe she could just have one or two and stop herself.
