The slim guy is not him.....

You then see a man sitting on a couch reading a book. His back is to you.
"Sir, your nephew has arrived," Ian says, making you figure that the man sitting down is your uncle. As the two of you walk forward, you look at the man and see that he's slim. Huh? You're sure Ian said that your Uncle was a big guy "who carries it well". And as you draw closer, the guy doesn't move, even though Ian spoke to him...

"Hi there Eric!" says a booming voice from off to the left. Your head swivels and you see a bigger guy approaching you, a book in one hand. He looks like....
