Yesssss!

"Yessssssss!" you yell and she walks out of the room and brings back a grape, as its enough food for a shrunken person. "Here you go." Placing the grape by her foot, you attempt to bite into it but she stops you! "Hold on," taking the grape she places it between her big toe and her middle toe. "Now dig in!" Eating the grape form her feet, she falls asleep. Getting full, you wonder what to do...
