Marriage?! Hell no! Boyfriend? that could work

"You're my friend, of course I'll help you," Luffy said. Nami quickly gave Luffy a hug.

"Thanks," she said. She hadn't felt this thankful since he saved her hometown from Arlong.

"But you have to become my wife," Luffy said.

"What?!" Nami yelled, breaking the hug. Luffy kept smiling. "No way!"

"You don't want to marry me?" Luffy asked.

"No I don't!" Nami said but added, "At least not when it's forced like this!" She glared at Luffy and noticed she didn't shrink.

"So, as long as what I say maybe true in some view, I don't shrink," Nami thought.

"Well, my girlfriend then?" Luffy asked, "You really are beautiful."

"That's a nice thing to say," Nami thought, "And why don't I want to be his girlfriend? He's a strong guy who'd battle to the ends of the planet for me."

"All right," Nami said, "But if you go tell the others that I'm shrinking, I'll kill you." Noticing Nami didn't shrink with that last sentence, Luffy just smiled and kissed Nami.
