Tails makes Sonic a toddler

When the smoke cleared a small blurry blue object sped out of the chamber and ran across the room. Tails knew it was a now younger Sonic. When Sonic stopped running, Tails saw how young the machine made Sonic. Right in front of him was Sonic who was half his size and wearing training pants. It was no doubt Sonic was a toddler. But the question was, did Sonic still have his adult mind?

2. either he was mentally a toddler or had his old memories but acted like a toddle
