"Well, brother", Jenny says in a proud tone, "didn't I tell you I'd outgrow you? And by quite a margin! I don't know how this happened, but I'm h- hu-...", and begins sobbing, then crying. You're completely disconcerted, but at least you feel this might not turn out as in the nightmare, which is quite a relieve. "I don't want to be this big, I never wanted to!", she cries, kneeling down in the yard.
Setting aside your bad relationship, you are eager to console her, but don't know how to do it. But at least you can tell her what probably happened.

The presenter was interviewing another person when a huge face appeared before the studio's large window, much to both the audience and the crowd's startle. The inventor immediately jumped to his feet. "And this, dear viewer, is the living proof of my success in conceiving this groundbreaking device! This is a, well - he cut as he noticed her eyes weren't friendly at all -, now I'll proceed to shrink back this girl. Eh, wait a moment, I don'- can't shoot the device through glass."
Hearing this, Jenny punched the glass, cracking it, then punched it again, successfully breaking it. "Now you can", she said in pain. The crowd gave a startle, while the presenter and the other guest were paralyzed and the inventor began feeling pretty uncomfortable. "Here it goes. You will be back to normal in a second."
A blue beam hit Jenny, but nothing appeared to happen. "N-now go back home, it will happen in any moment. When you grew it took a while too, didn't it?"
"But you just said I'd shrink back in a second!"
"We aren't live, are we?", the inventor asked the presenter alarmed.
"We are, Mr. Creston."
"You can't shrink me back, is that it?"
"F***. I requested this trash to the scientists in my father's company. I didn't make it, I won't assume any responsibilities", cried J.J. Creston beside himself.
"I destroyed our house, I nearly killed my brother and I'm red of embarrassment, and you say-
"What the f***, the company will compensate you."
With that, Jenny burst into tears and an apologizing notice appeared in the TV as Creston Jr. stormed out of the set under a barrage of insults and a couple chairs.
Watching all this together with your shocked neighbor in his house, you can't but slap your face and sigh.
