It is Starting

"What is starting?!" you ask, alarmed.
"You are starting to come out," she replies, as if it were obvious.
You respond with "What does that mean?"
Suddenly, everything goes black. The next thing you know you are in your dorm room. You look around to see where Samantha went, and by chance glance down at yourself. Breasts?! You have breasts!
You panic upon seeing these, then you notice the long hair, and a large belly. You stand quickly, then topple over just as fast as your sense of balance is so skewed. Taking more time, you stand again and rush to the mirror. Samantha stared at you through the mirror. You lift you hand, and she lifts hers. Blink. You are Samantha! You try to speak and all you hear is Samantha's voice.
Suddenly, you hear Samantha's voice in your head, "I see that you are pretty surprised."
You reply, "What is going on here, I'm you!"
"I probably should have explained this earlier," she says, "When a person has been unbirthed for a certain amount of time, it becomes impossible for them to escape. However, they gain to ability to take control of the unbirther's body whenever the unbirther allows them to."
"But, where are you?" you ask.
She replies "I am in your body at the moment, but I can take back control any time I want. For now, you go and have a little fun." You become excited about the fact you are back outside for the first time in a week. And, you feel this overwhelming curiosity about what Samantha (and now you) could do. But where to start?
