"Here you go Ms. Cruz," says Alex as he brings the bottles to her. As he sits them down onto the table, them impact causes the bottle with the loose cap to splash out some of it's liquid. It lands right onto Ms. Cruz's left hand. "Opps, sorry about that," says Alex.
