"How about we go get some food for the camp?" Cordelia suggested, patting Robin's boots as if the giant could feel it. The pegasus knight felt it was the gesture that mattered more. Of course she continued to knock on the leather until the tactician's palm came down. Uneasily, the redhead climbed aboard, balancing herself as she struggled to keep her footing.
"Shouldn't be too hard to hunt down a bear or two," Robin responded, standing up to her full height and somehow managing to give a seasoned pegasus knight vertigo. The redhead hugged Robin's thumb as she looked over to see the trees far below her.
The giantess walked through the forest, making sure to avoid crushing unnecessary amounts of trees. She spotted a nearby waterfall, knowing that wildlife would come nearby for a drink.
She slumped down by the mountain, sighing in relief while gently lowering Cordelia by the start of the river. She cupped her free hands n the stream, taking in torrents of water almost endlessly.
Cordelia watched in awe, a little disturbed by the sheer amount of water that disappeared down Robin's throat.
"Hey Robin." Cordelia called, tapping at the tactician's boot again.
"Yeah?"
"How is it-- you know, being that big. How was it growing?"
Robin sighed before smiling, "I don't know if you've felt it with Severa, since you haven't had her yet, but, mother to mother, when I cradled Lucina for the first time, there was this intense feeling of love, and I just felt that I needed to give my life for her. It was a lot like that when I was holding Morgan. Of course now I get that feeling every time I see him the size of my thumb."
"I can see that," Cordelia said after a slight, entertained chuckle, "I can just imagine holding my Severa, just really itty bitty."
"There would probably be a lot more swearing than if she were a newborn."
Cordelia laughed, still envisioning a shrunken Severa in the palm of her hand.
