Although calmed down, Maribelle was still dismayed at her plight and more than a little annoyed at Sumia.
"Why did Tiki choose someone as clumsy as you to be a giant?!"
Sumia answered quickly.
"It was either me or Cynthia, so I stepped forward."
Maribelle tsked.
"Yes well you better watch where you step and watched those clumsy feet of yours!"
Sumia hung her head.
"I'm sorry..."
Tiki flew closer and tried to reassure Maribelle.
"Naga should put you back to normal in no time."
Maribelle huffed.
"And if she doesn't?!"
They had never seen a dragon look nervous before, but Tiki managed it.
"I-I'll thinking of something."
Maribelle suddenly noticed Robin smiling.
"What are you smiling about?!"
"Oh nothing...."
Maribelle narrowed her eyes.
"Let me guess, you were thinking about how much easier the war would have been if we were this size."
Robin hung his head but smiled.
"You know me too well."
Maribelle growled.
"Must you be thinking of tactics at a time like this?!"
"I'm sorry it can't be helped. I have a naturual aptitude for it, but when I lost my memory it one of the things that kept me sane."
"Hmmph."
Chron nodded, though they didn't notice him till her spoke.
"He does have a point."
Maribelle groaned.
"Not you to!"
"I would not wish any in our army to be stuck this way, but if Tiki's plan works our defenses will be bolsted."
"Are you sure you aren't just saying that because of.... other benefits."
Chrom leaned back and relaxed further, placing his hands behind his head.
"Truth be told no, I was only thinking of our nation. But we might as well make the most of the situation we're in." He looked up at Sumia's magnified face. She smiled, but also blushed.
Seeing Maribelle still unhappy, Robin placed an arm on her shoulder.
"We should be there soon. It should be a simple matter to climb the mountain at your sizes. This time we are unlikely to have to deal with Risen."
"-But if we do we can crush them like the pests they are." Maribelle smiled. "Hmm.. I am starting to see the positives to this size."
"-Then."
"But I'm still eager to return to normal. Though if all goes well maybe I'll see what I can do with a giant stone. Just once, at least."
