Before Azura could give any sort of answer the two women suddenly heard a friendly voice call out to them. Ophelia, the daughter to the blonde Nohr mage Odin, came rushing up to the pair stopping for a moment to catch her breath.
She must have been searching for one or both of them for some time, Azura asking if she was alright while Kamui asking if there was something she needed assistance with.
"Actually...yes" the mage stated having gathered herself, "I was in fact hoping you could provide assistance with an stellar new incantation I've been working on."
"We'd be happy to help." Azura stated with a smile and quick nod of head.
"Of course, anything we can do to help just name it, Ophelia." Kamui added in with a smile of her own.
"Thank you! I was hoping to ask Soleil but I haven't seen her all morning."
Sharing a glance at each other Kamui and Azura didn't have the heart to tell the young woman that Soleil was probably over at the Hot Spring, it was ladies-only for the remainder of the hour after all. In any case Kamui instead asked what exactly it was she needed from them.
"Oh right! Well all I need is if you or Lady Azura would be willing to have the incantation tested out on yourself. I promise it's nothing deadly!"
Ophelia quickly pointed out when she spotted the look of question and concern on the princess and songstress.
"Well..." Kamui exchanging another quick glance with her wife before agreeing to help out the young mage.
"Oh thank you for your celestial assistance!"
Ophelia thanking the armored royal with a soft hug, Kamui simply smiling as she gave the girl a soft pat on the head. Azura meanwhile quietly chuckling as she stood just beside her spouse...
A short time later in an open field where Ophelia could practice worry-free Kamui stood ready simply waiting and allowing the young woman to have as much time as she needed to properly prepare. The princess and her wife casually conversing with one another, Kamui deciding that Azura should sit this one out she trusted Ophelia completely but just to be safe she'd rather the songstress not have to deal with the effects of the incantation.
A few minutes later Ophelia stated that she everything was set and she would start as soon as Kamui was ready on her end, the princess giving her a quick thumbs-up while Azura watched in wonder waiting to see what the mage had in mind.
With her book wide open and the air swirling around her Ophelia started to recite the words needed to trigger the spell. It seemed the hand of fate, as she would put it, was on her side or at least it appeared to be...
