Your eyes widen for a few seconds before you find your face become a light shade of pink from hearing what your dad had just told you. You then rubbed your right arm with your left hand while you said, "M-My boyfriend? Do you mean Sammy......I mean Samuel?"
"Yes, that's who I'm talking about....." Your Father let out, to which you thought you had seen eyebrows narrow a little.
But before he could say anything else you heard your mother get up out of her seat to which she walked up to him and placed a hand on his right shoulder and told him, "Oh Roger dear, don't be like that. Although I guess I can't blame you since you've always been protective of Alice. But remember that Sam is a very nice and respectable young man who would force our daughter to do anything that she'd be uncomfortable with."
"I-I know darling. But no matter how old she gets. Alice will always be my little girl." Your Father softly told your mother, before his eyes widen. You then saw him give your mother a quick kiss on the lips before he ran off and added, "Oh crud, I best get going or else I'll be alte. I'll see all of you later for dinner."
To this your mother just let out a light giggle and waved goodbye as the last thing you saw was his large and fluffy tail as she said, "Have a good day, dear." And once you heard the front door open and close you saw her face you and your sister when she continued, "And now you both had best get ready school since the bus will be here soon to pick you up Emily. And I'm most certain Samuel will be here soon to pick you up, Alice."
"Yes, Mom." Both you and your little sister say at the same time, to which Emily gently picked you up and took you upstairs.
But while you both got ready you couldn't help but think of your world's version of Sam, who remember was a part of the football team in your high school. Not only that, but he was a part of the drama club when he wasn't playing football. That was how the two of you met when you were both picked for the leads of one of the plays. After that it was history so to speak as the two of you became boyfriend and girlfriend. However, since he was quite popular with the girls you did have to deal with them being quite jealous. But you made sure not to let it get to you too badly.
But while your sister carried you downstairs once you were done geting ready remembered how protective your Dad was of you.. And how this version of him always had you sleep in between his pecs whenever you ahd a bad dream. You even somewhat remember him staying home once when you got sick.
However, these thoughts were quickly pushed to the side when you were handed over to your Mother once Emily's bus had arrived and she had left for school. Within a few seconds though you saw a car pull up into your driveway. And to your surprise you saw a well muscled male anthro walk out from the driver's seat. And upon a better look you saw that this world's version of Sam was in face a anthro.......
