Shuichi finally got the button up by sucking in his belly as tight as he possibly could, and he smiled at his work. Sure, it pinched a bit (<i>quite</i> a bit...), but they were buttoned and that's all that mattered. It meant that he wasn't too fat for his favorite clothes, right?

He smiled at this and sat up, and as he did so two sounds reached his ears at once. A pop, and a rip.

The flap to his pants opened wide again, showing off his bulging belly to the world while the only hope to get them together again jumped down onto the floor. Meanwhile he felt a rush of air on his backside as the seam split down the middle. He looked down at the button, then at his stomach, and...
