Defying Physics has a punishment

Let's move with that (hint hint), shall we?

It started at Sky Babylon (duh). Blaze was on a break from Sol Emerald guarding and relaxing here. Why here? Because, like many other people would say, the feeling of flying is a very good feeling. Where else can she do that without fearing extreme injury but here, with all the strange purple gems that let a person float?

It was so innocent. She was simply spreading her arms out, smiling as she was pushed up and defying gravity. She imagined flying over the ocean with no machine aiding her and nothing holding her back. She kept her eyes closed to make the near illusion more real.

Maybe Gravity was mad someone was defying it. Maybe the gems gave of a type of radiation and had a side effect when a person was near them to long. Whatever the case, Blaze suddenly began to feel a strange warmth. And it was centered in her...
