Her boss stands up and does the introduction.

"Good Morning, and thank you all for coming. As many of you know times are changing, and as a company we need to make adjustments to stay competitive. Margret Tampert, our Vice President of Finance, has prepared an excellent presentation to illustrate what direction the company will be going in over the next year. So allow me to step aside and let me introduce Margret Tampert."

After a round of applause, Margret's boss sits down and allows her to stand at the podium.

"Thank You all for coming" Margret began. "As the marketplace continues to grow, we will have many new opportunities to expand....
