Chapter #5
Going to Your Room
by: Unknown
Lisa walked towards the Hotel smiling. She hadn't been in town for 5 minutes and yet she already had an idea of how she could introduce her story.
"Fat Town Blames Obesity on Fairy Tale."
As she walked into the hotel and towards the receptionist she noticed how nice it was. She was used to cheap hotels, not fancy ones like this. The receptionist was a large woman who must have been over 300 lbs. The chair looked as if it would break under her weight at any minute, which wasn't helped by the fact she was eating a large bag of donuts.
"Hi, my name is Lucy, I should have a room under the name Boytise." She said politely, trying to ignore the way the receptionist was gorging herself.
*You would think she hadn't eaten in days! How can she eat like that in public?* She thought to herself.
The receptionist just grunted, gave her a sticky pen to sign the guestbook and gave her the room keys, also sticky.
"3rd floor, first door to the left, you can't miss it." The receptionist said, mouth full of donuts.
Lisa grabbed the keys and hurried towards the elevator trying not to throw up.
*This town really is repulsive!* She thought to herself.
Once she got to her room she dropped her bags and collapsed on the bed before she had a chance to examine the room. It had been an exhausting journey to get to the town anyway, she could do with some rest.
