Cthulhu Twins!

2-year-old twins Jacob and Emily went to sleep last night clutching their new Cthulhu plushies, and now they have risen from the sea as Cthulhu-like creatures with human faces and the proportions of toddlers! They are each 5 miles tall and have various magical powers. Jacob wears a blue diaper and Emily wears a pink diaper, but aside from that they are identical. They're mostly playful, but they may decide to assert their dominance over small people or see what tiny adults taste like.
