Mia had decided that she shouldn't answer to a mysterious call like that. She turned her direction away from the phone, letting it ring until it stopped. "Shouldn't you have gotten that" asked Phoenix. "No, it was just some call from a non local resident, probably a wrong number". She said this and walked over to her desk, high heels clacking against the floor of her office. Setting the package down of her desk she looked upon it and decided to open it by herself to savor the surprise for herself. She turned to Phoenix and said "Wright, I think I'm going to give you a little day off". Phoenix was surprised to hear that she was letting him have the day off, especialy on the first day. Come on Wright, its only the first day and we can catch up on everything tomorrow. Phoenix stood there for a few seconds perplexed at Mia's decision. All the while Mia smiled at him with beautiful clear eyes, knowing he would listen. Phoenix though for a moment why shouldn't he take the day off. It would be a nice break from all the work he had to do. Finally he decided to go along wth it. "Alright then, I guess I'll see you tomorrow. Thanks again for the job" he said. "Your welcome Wright" said Mia, now happy she was alone to experience the opening of her new gift.
Now all happy and excited to open her gift, she laughed with glee as she rushed to her desk clacking more with her high heels and her hands together. Imediately she grabbed the package and sat in front of her desk, her legs together in excitement. She saw that the package was taped on top. The tape ran across the box cover all the way from one end to th other. Mia, frustated at the work she had to do complained to herself a bit. "Oh come on, stupid packaging". Mia used her slender toned fingers to grab at the handle in front of her and pulled it revealling a pair of scissors on top of some papers and envelopes. Placing her fingers through the holes in the scissors, she wasted no time in tearing open the box. Looking with eagerness and excitement she saw something that surprised her. It was...
