Claire couldn't believe what has happened so far, first being shrunk to an extremely small size then being trapped in her own shoe with the one who shrunk her and also been inhaled by someone named Ryan and becoming stuck in his nose. Just as Claire was wondering what to do now she spots something shining in the semi-darkness, it was the shrink ray. But unfortunately it was stuck to the other side of the nasal passage far from her reach. So Claire starts trying to free herself from the mucus she was stuck to and get the shrink ray before anything else happens. After a few minutes of struggling Claire manages to get free and lands on the floor of the nasal passage. Now she just needed to get the shrink ray and get out of Ryan's nose, but easier said than done. Claire makes her way over to the shrink ray and avoids all the snot and mucus that cover the nasal floor. Once she makes it to the shrink ray Claire tries to first grab then pull. But that plan was unsuccessful with the ray being really stuck in the mucus. So her next plan was also the grossest, she needed to get the ray out so in order to do that Claire starts digging away at the mucus.
Meanwhile outside of the nose Ryan was currently in Spanish class while taking notes as his teacher, Mrs. Morales, was writing the class assignment on the board. Ryan didn't care much for this class but the only reason he took it was because Mrs. Morales has cute feet and always wore sandals. Also his classmate Sarah who sat in front of him always slips her bare feet out of her shoes and rubs them together giving him a good view of her soles. While he was starring at Sarah's soles he felt a very faint tickle in his nose, but he simply ignored it and continued secretly starring at his classmate's feet. Ryan then heard his classmate next to him ask Mrs. Morales about a question in the assignment which she came over to them to see what it was. This gave Ryan a chance at a better look at his teacher's feet, he notices that today she had painted her toenails a deep red color that went well with her tan skin. Once again Ryan felt another tickle in his nose, but this time he felt like he was going to sneeze. He tried to hold it in but it was no use, he let loose a strong sneeze which Mrs. Morales then said "gazuntite". What Ryan didn't realize was that a very tiny Claire was launched from his nose and onto a nearby person's foot.
