This choice: Duran began telling them who they are while finding help • Go Back...Chapter #22Duran began telling them who they are while fin... by: Galan   "Let's get out of here first." Duran said, the dark place of Anise still intimidating as ever, Duran motioned the girls to follow and they did so, trusting him completely, they went through the portal and back to their own world as it closed behind them. Faerie sighed in relief.
"I'm glad that's over, now what were you doing there?" Faerie asked Angela and Reisz.
"We don't know, we don't remember anything." Angela said.
"Did we get captured or something?" Reisz asked.
"No, you helped me fight Anise, we're a team, along with Hawkeye, Kevin, and Charlotte." Duran told them.
"Duran, it's only been you four." Faerie chimed in, "I'd recall these two helping us."
"That's just it, you don't and I have no idea why." Duran said.
"So we helped you fight this witch?" Angela asked, "but who are we?"
"Your name is Angela, you are the princess of Altena, the magic kingdom, the Crimson Wizard manipulated your mother in attacking my kingdom of Valsena!" Duran explained.
"That's awful, I'm sorry." Angela said.
"It's been resolved, we stopped the man and returned your mother to normal." Duran assured.
"Oh, what a relief." Angela smiled.
"What about me?" Reisz asked.
"You're Reisz, princess of Laurent, your kingdom was attacked by a witch named Belladonna, who controlled Nevarl, she also kidnapped your brother Elliot, but she gave up and returned your brother when her plan failed, the Crimson Wizard and the Darkshine Knight......my father took care of them and Goremand." Duran explained.
"Oh, I'm a princess too." Reisz mentioned.
"Looks like we're both royalty." Angela nodded, "and you say we helped you?"
"Yeah, but I have no idea why Faerie doesn't remember you at all." Duran said.
"I'm really sorry, but I have no idea who they are, or what you're talking about." Faerie said, "the queen of Altena never had a daughter, and the prince of Laurent is an only child, the amazons asked you to find him."
"What?!" Duran asked, this made no sense, that's not what happened at all, "Faerie that's far from the truth."
"But that's what happened, I don't know who these girls are but I never seen them before in my life, maybe the battle made you stressed." Faerie said.
"Then why do you explain they were WITH me?" Duran asked.
"I don't know, maybe Anise kidnapped them to turn them into her minions." Faerie said, "but we certainly can't leave them here, we have to help them."
"I am, by bringing them home." Duran declared.
"Thank you for helping us Duran." Angela meekly said, Duran sighed a bit, this is nothing like the Angela he met, nor was it the Resiz he met either, how did this happen, why did that spell give them amnesia, why does Faerie think they don't exist anymore, these are questions he needs answers too, and fast.
"We appreciate your kindness, we'll follow you wherever you go." Reisz smiled at him, Duran sighed again.
"No problem, I'm sure someone will help you remember." Duran offered, the two of them nodded and followed him, Faerie went back inside his head to rest, he was sure Angela's mother or Elliot will remember them.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
