Ash was on his was to the Paldea Region, excited at hearing about a 'Terra Phenomenon' that could actually change a Pokémon's type. Before he even had a chance to step on the plane, he was pulled into a black void. There, he met Arceus once again.
Ash Ketchum! For all you have done for this world, and all of Pokémon kind, I would like to thank you.
"Oh, um... Your welcome. But, why did you pull me here for that?"
Because I am here to grant you a single wish. Speak, and I shall grant it.
This was beyond anything he was expecting when he woke up. But what he wanted was rather easy.
"Can I go back? To when I met Pikachu, I mean. There's a lot I did early on that I want a second chance at."
Of course.
"But..."
Arceus stood there, waiting.
"... I don't want to go through pubity again. It's a little awkward, and-"
I understand. Arceus interrupted. It shall be done. Just be aware that this will require an altering of reality, and thus, there may be random changes that I can not predict. Also, there will be an age lock that will keep you this age until you reach this moment.
There was a blinding light, and he found himself in Oak's lab with three empty Poké Balls.
"This Pokémon is called 'Pikachu'." the Professor told him. "You should be careful though, as he can have an attitude."
Looking at himself, Ash was surprised to find he was still the same age as he was moments ago. Then again, this was Arceus. Nothing should really surprise him.
"Dont worry Professor. I'm sure we'll get along."
He picked up Pikachu, who glared at him in frustration. He expected to be electrocuted for the first time all over again. But instead, Pikachu turned friendly. It was obvious that Pikachu had travelled back with him.
After being given his Pokédex and some Poké Balls, he left to find his age wasn't the only thing that changed. He had his own fan club, too. Unknown to Ash, one of the random reality changes Arceus mentioned ended up altering the "codes" of some girls to be copies of Ash mentally.
What girls became copies of Ash?
1) Misty, Leaf, Elaine (with Eevee), Yellow, and Chloe.
2) All the girls he travelled with.
3) Three female trainers that took the Kanto Starters in this reality.
4) Serena, Latias (Movie), Melody, Angie, Macy, Miette, and Anabel.
