As the days go by, Sakura was enjoying feeling Ino scrambling in her stomach. Now, the week is up and Sakura goes to the bathroom to crap Ino back out through her anus. She picked Ino out of the toilet and flushed it before she cleans the tiny blonde kunoichi. Sakura then gave Ino a grin that shows that she has something in mind for her.
