A headless body

Despite having made a couple of modifications before hand in the hopes of avoiding the same sort of errors made by the machine when transporting your daughter, unfortunately, rather than having teleporting you wife correctly, you instead find yourself with a new problem, as, rather than arriving whole at the exit point, instead only Ami's body appears, her head and neck having somehow vanished completely, leaving only a patch of smooth blank skin between her shoulders.

Worried for your wife's safety, you rush over, supporting her by the shoulders while frantically demanding "Oh honey, I'm so sorry, I never meant for this to happen! Are you alright? please, say something!" searching desperately for any sort of response. Though your wife's body doesn't answer verbally, lacking the necessary equipment to do so, you do receive a response of sorts as_________________________?
